Headphones are not included. Wired headphones with bulky connectors may require an additional audio jack pass-through cable for use inside the head. Adapters for connecting a headset with a wired USB or 3.5 mm audio cable to an iPad or tablet with a USB-C port and no separate audio jack are available for purchase on request.

Headphones with a wired cable can either be connected under the head of the kiosk by running the cable through the neck bracket and back of the head enclosure for permanent installation or through our External Audio Jack Access for quick swaps.

This item ships in custom protective packaging (included in shipping costs) via FedEx. If you would prefer to receive your kiosk fully assembled or are interested in installation services, please include that with your quote request.

Tracking information will be sent once the item has shipped. We ship all kiosks with adult signature required on delivery.
