When lines were getting too long, causing customers to leave before ordering, the team at Wafels & Dinges realized they needed a solution.
Installing a self-checkout tablet kiosk helped alleviate the wait times by allowing customers to quickly place orders. Instead of reviewing the menu at the register, customers can look over their options at the kiosk with the easy-to-navigate interface created by Newline.

Much of Wafels & Dinges business is outdoors, so the custom-built kiosk is designed to withstand the elements during outdoor use. The kiosk also includes a Star Micronics thermal printer to print a receipt when the order is complete.
