Used in many of Apple’s retail stores for theft prevention, this alarm system emits a loud alert sound, similar to a smoke detector, when triggered.
A pressure-sensitive pad in this alarm system attaches directly to your kiosk with an adhesive disk. The alarm is triggered when the pad is removed from the kiosk or the cable is disconnected from the alarm module.
Alarm system runs on a replaceable 9V battery and can be disarmed by staff through a keyed lock. An LED on the alarm module allows staff to easily confirm that the system is armed.
Requires standard 9V battery and small Phillips head screwdriver for battery replacement (not included).
Alarm should be placed outside of the kiosk.
