Do you offer phone support?

We are currently not able to offer phone support for our Kiosk Pro apps.

To keep our apps priced competitively in the App Store while maintaining a viable business model that allows us to continue development and free support for Kiosk Pro, we have to keep costs at a minimum.

In this case, we’re not able to justify the relatively high costs of live phone support, instead choosing to focus on providing outstanding customer support via email.

We respond to every support request as quickly as possible. Even during our busiest periods, you can expect a response within one business day.

If you don't receive a response from us within one business day, check your spam folder and then try contacting us again to let us know. To prevent this, you may want to add our support email address to your address book or mark the conversation as important.
