The Gryphon GFS4520 barcode reader features omnidirectional scanning and includes support for popular 1D & 2D barcodes, including QR codes, PDF417, and many stacked, composite, and postal codes.
With its advanced 1 Megapixel sensor and enhanced motion tolerance of 70 inches per second, it delivers fast, reliable scanning even with moving barcodes. The scanner features IP54 sealing for protection against water and particulates.
In continuous scan mode, the scanner captures data whenever a barcode passes into its field of view. Scanned data is returned as HID keyboard input.

As the scanner is mounted directly beneath the tablet enclosure, it requires landscape orientation of the tablet.

The Datalogic barcode scanner's USB-C port can be connected to iPad using standard cables or adapters supporting pass-through power to the primary charging Lightning port or USB-C port.
Microsoft Surface
The Datalogic barcode scanner can be connected to Microsoft Surface Pro or Go using standard USB-C cables or adapters. When used with Microsoft Surface tablets, we recommend using the proprietary charging port to power the tablet and connecting this scanner to an auxiliary port.
Samsung Galaxy
The Datalogic barcode scanner can be connected directly to Samsung Galaxy tablets using standard USB-C cables, or with adapters supporting pass-through power to the primary charging USB-C port.

This item ships in custom protective packaging (included in shipping costs) via FedEx. If you would prefer to receive your kiosk fully assembled or are interested in installation services, please include that with your quote request.
